So, then there's Bianca. She is a pretty typical 2nd child. She feels like it's "not fair" that Kyla gets to do things that she can't. No matter how much we remind her that Kyla IS 2 years older than her. We are not trying to pick on you, Bianca, but why should you get to do XYZ when you are 8 and we made Kyla wait till she was 10. But, in this case, we decided to relent. But, it wasn't highlights that Bianca wanted. She wanted her curls back. She used to have the most beautiful curls.
Those are all natural. Gel, hairspray and done!
But, sadly, that picture was taken in 2007 and shortly
after that, the curls decided they no longer wanted to
be there. We have tried many things. w
We can get it
slightly wavy, but it just wasn't the same :( and, although
I love her with straight hair (using a straightner) she
really missed her curls.
So, we once again, called Penny and she came and
magically put curls back in Bianca :)
As you can see, she LOVES them. They are starting to
loosen after a few months, but I'm sure we can arrange
to get them done again.
So, there are my girls, starting, at ages 9 and 11, to slowly fry their hair, lol. But, Mom isn't much of a good example in that, so I can't say too much. Now Kyla wants me to show her how to put on makeup...
