Softball

Both the girls did softball this year in Rigby.  It was a first for them but they had a lot of fun.  Kyla got more into it than Bianca did although Bianca still enjoyed it. 

Bianca's team didn't keep score so that was a little different.  They also had the pitching machine.

It took her awhile to get the hang of actually hitting the ball.  By the last games she did quite well.

We often took all the kids with us to the games.  They loved going to Bianca's games cause they were at the school and they could play on the school equipement.

Kyla had a hard time getting used to the game also.  She was able to the the catcher and REALLY enjoyed that position.  She hopes to do it again.  These are pictures of their very last game.  It was championships.  They actually won!  It was so fun to see the excitement in those girls' faces!!

The weather couldn't have been worse for the final game.  But the girls did their best and gave it their all! I love this picture of the gray skys and the rainbow that came after the downpour of rain we got! But, the girls just kept on going!! (Kyla is the catcher)
